One case of the superior mesenteric artery syndrome (Wilkie´s syndrome) due to Gastroenteroptosis in 17 yrars old highly emaciated and asthenic girl treated surgically by the subtotal gastrectomy and gastrojejunostomy at the Pusan City Hospital was presented with a brief review of literlature.
